Activities;
– Coordination of the activities of the Quality Analyst team.
– Monitoring customer evaluation results.
– Monitoring corrective actions for customer complaints.
– Monitoring and internal disclosure of the cost of Non-Quality, resulting from activities with clients or internally.
– Review and validation of reports responding to customer demands.
– Monitoring responses to Quality alerts and failures detected in OQC.
