Requirements.
Education: Technologist, student from the 7th semester onwards and/or professionals in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration or related fields.
Professional Experience:
2 years of experience in ADVANCED Excel, management and interpretation of monitoring and evaluation indicators. Management of databases, tables and dynamic charts. Data entry and administrative tasks. Monitoring of social projects or programs with immigrant and refugee populations.
Indispensable:
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (required) – Knowledge of English (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical training, technologist, final semester students and/or professionals in the administrative, accounting, logistics and related fields.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1 year of experience in processes related to purchasing, suppliers, costs, budgets, resource legalization, billing accounts, inventories, indicator management, database management (preferably with vulnerable populations). Experience with the technical and logistical organization of meetings, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
DIFFERENTIAL
Experience with International Cooperation (will be a plus). Experience in humanitarian contexts (will be a plus). Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (required) – Knowledge of English (preferred).
