IT MANAGER Description: ? Manage the technical support team, ensuring service in the shortest possible time and with greater efficiency in order to maintain the availability of contracted services within the service level agreements (SLA). Spread policy and excellence to provide the customer with the best experience with services. ? Monitor partial and/or general incidents, ensuring the least possible impact on customers and adequate and segmented communication. ? Assist the customer (legal entity) in cases of incidents. ? Evaluate technical calls, to direct them to the level of network analyst. Requirements: Complete Higher Education – Computer Science, Technology Management and Information Systems or related areas. ? Have experience in team management. “B” driver’s license.
