Job Description: Provide dietary assistance and promote nutritional education to individuals in hospitals or outpatients, aiming at promoting, maintaining and recovering health; Prepare nutritional diagnosis based on clinical, biochemical, anthropometric, and dietary data; Evaluate, offer comprehensive care to the patient, stipulating the nutritional diagnosis and prescribing the conduct in the medical record; Ensure clear and accurate recording of all nutritional information related to the patient.
