STORE MANAGER
Profile:
– Completed Higher Education in Administration and/or related areas;
– Minimum experience of 01 year;
– Mandatory knowledge of: Office package, sales techniques, team management, negotiation, task distribution, assertive communication and calculations.
– Differential: Having worked in the clothing segment;
Function routine:
– Disclose sales targets/quotas, encouraging sales force performance
– Supervise the preparation of sales budgets, so that the entire process is carried out correctly;
– Coordinate the cleaning and display of products and participate in defining the layout;
– Monitor the customer service process;
