The Public Prosecutor's Office of the Federal District and Territories will open a new public tender notice (MPDFT 2021 Contest). To this end, the agency has already formed the organizing committee for the new notice.

According to the published document, two secretaries were appointed to work on the preparation and supervision of the competition. Public prosecutors Thaienne Nascimento Fernandes and André Luiz Cappi Pereira were chosen as secretaries, titular and alternate, respectively, for the competition.

The working group formed, with the names of its members, has already been published in the agency's Official Gazette. The employees will carry out the internal selection procedures, in addition to participating in the preparation of the regulations and the notice. An examining board will also be formed to evaluate the competitions. The MPDFT 2021 competition will be for the position of Deputy Public Prosecutor.

The number of vacancies has not yet been revealed. The competition was approved on February 26 by the organization's Superior Council.

The position of Prosecutor requires a Bachelor's Degree in Law and at least three years of legal experience. The initial salary is R$$27,500.17, which can reach R$$32,074.85 with career progression.

    Position vacancies

The MPDFT estimates that there are 50 vacant positions for the position of Public Prosecutor, 16 of which are for public prosecutors and 34 for deputy public prosecutors, the entry class for the public competition.

The expectation is that the vacancies will be filled by the next competition. Appointments must take into account budget availability.
