*VACANCY: IT Assistant*
Prerequisites:
·Technical Education in Data Processing;
·Availability of time and to work on weekends;
·Both Sexes;
·Desirable Experience in Wholesale and Retail Stores.
Main responsibilities:
·Monitor the server and processes, prepare the work environment and assist users;
·Backup, security saves. Run the Batch. Answer calls and ensure the maintenance of equipment (computers, terminals, POS, terminals. Scales, telephony, among others…);
·Issuing reports to users. Carry out closure and updates of POS's (nightly process). Check the occurrences described “Shift Change”, Balance sheet assistant. Perform related functions aiming at the good performance of the sector and the unit.
