Description: FINANCIAL ASSISTANT (FEMALE): EDUCATION: Studying or graduated in (ADM/ECONOMICS/FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT). KNOWLEDGE: Card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, Computer Tools, Financial Mathematics. FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED: Carry out low-complexity surveys and controls related to the records of financial transactions, closing of cash, perform bank reconciliation of accounts, checking the entries of fees, payments and credits, perform the write-off in the bank control system, checking any pending amounts, carry out the receiving processes, check cases of default, prepare expense reports, control rents, control and provision payments, request and forward messenger for payment services in banks and external agencies. Control all payment processes (suppliers, payroll, taxes, charges, etc.), check payments made daily, organizing and filing receipts for submission to the accounting department. DESIRABLE: Proactive, Organized, Patient, have a leadership spirit, know how to manage under pressure, be focused, and work as a team.
