Effective monitoring of preventive maintenance plans, 3. Control and
pending issue survey, 4. Control of maintenance records, 5. Registration
and control of maintenance needs, 6. Comply with disciplinary and safety standards
established security, 7. Provision of data for issuing reports
management, 8. Issue maintenance schedules, 9. Perform
control of parts and equipment warranties 10. Analyze the history of
properties, program the maintenance plan, develop indicators of
performance,
11. Technical preparation of descriptive reports for requesting quotations,

Requirements:
