Coordenar a equipe de atendimento na direção do cumprimento das metas estabelecidas; Supervisão de atividades, acompanhamento de prazos de resposta aos clientes; Registro e investigação de possíveis ocorrências para suporte ao gestor; Resolver problemas das entregas e definir prioridades; Apoio operacional nas atividades da equipe; Cotações de Frete.
