Supervise activities in the industrial area, related to production planning and control, people management, quality control and performance of manufacturing processes;
Responsible for ensuring production is carried out daily, by monitoring the plan received from the PCP;
Prepare daily and weekly reports on the progress of the results of the production process and daily, weekly, monthly and annual customer service;
Presentation of the results of monthly indicators (KPI);
Implementation of Corrective and Preventive action;
Ensure that quality requirements are met according to product and customer specifications; Support teams with information and provide resources to meet daily/hourly production goals; Develop an action plan to solve and/or improve direct or indirect processes in the production area.
Requirements:
Degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanics, Quality or related areas;
Experience in the two-wheel Polo industry
