Description: SCHOOL LUNCH LADY Requirements: High school diploma. Desired experience: 6 months. Main activities: 1. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen; 2. Receive necessary instructions from the nutritionist and school administration; 3. Receive food and other materials intended for school meals; 4. Control the stock of products used in school meals; 5. Store food in a way that keeps it in perfect condition for consumption; 6. Prepare meals for the student during the period in which they remain at school, according to the standardized recipe, in accordance with the menu of the day; 7. Distribute meals, at the time indicated by the school administration; 8. Organize the material under your responsibility in the kitchen and in the kitchen facilities; 9. Take care of the maintenance of the material and the place under your care; 10. Wear the uniform provided by the company. Will help in the preparation and delivery of food in the case of school meals, have responsible handling of food to avoid waste. Work full time Monday to Friday.
