Applications are now open for the Caixa Econômica Federal internship selection process, which aims to recruit and develop young high school and technical school students. The selection will be carried out by the Center for Business-School Integration (CIEE) until March 22.
To participate in the program, you must be at least 16 years old and be available to work between four and five hours a day. High school and EJA high school students will be accepted, as well as students enrolled in technical courses in administration, secretarial work and finance.
According to the company, the value of the grant varies between R$$ 400 and R$$ 500. Caixa Econômica Federal interns will also be entitled to transportation assistance worth R$$ 130 per month.
It is important to note that this selection process aims to fill vacancies in regions that do not have a reserve list or talent pool, with selection and hiring being subject to demand or the emergence of an internship vacancy in the chosen location. In addition, students will not be able to change their internship location throughout the process.
How to apply for the selection process
Registration can be done free of charge directly on the CIEE website, available here. After registering, the candidate will be placed on a waiting list and must wait for a vacancy to become available in the chosen region before taking the online test and interview.
According to the notice, if the student does not take the test or obtains a zero grade in any of the subjects, he/she will be eliminated from this selection process. This is because, according to the document, in order to be approved, it is necessary to answer at least 50% of the questions in the entire test correctly.
Those approved may also be subject to personal interviews with managers from Caixa Econômica Federal. However, it is up to the unit to decide whether or not to apply this type of test.
