Experience in:
Check sales orders; Issue sales quote for shipping; Issue the PIN (National Merchandise Entry Protocol);
Issue correction letters when necessary; Carry out invoicing of sales invoices;
Issue Shipper Declaration – dangerous goods declaration form for air transport services;
Request cargo collection from the transporter; Check daily billing closing;
Issue output total for checking with shipping; Perform the issuance of clearances for the carrier;
Protocol outgoing invoices for the Logistics sector; Issue shipping labels for shipping;
Issue the annual price list to sellers; Adapt billing to the legislation of the recipient State.
EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIES

QUALITY ANALYST
Ensure compliance with product technical specifications and compliance in the production process.
Activities:
Knowledge in monitoring the conformity of production processes ensuring compliance with quality objectives and targets;
Responsible for quality tests carried out in the laboratory, certifying compliance with the product's technical specifications;
Critically analyze corrective actions arising from internal or external non-conformities, certifying their effectiveness.
Approval of technical information in packaging media and manuals for new products or in a new review, ensuring that the specifications informed in the media by Marketing are in accordance with regulatory quality requirements.
Monitoring field problems (SAC – Technical Assistance) and their internal resolution at the factory.
Maintain documented information, pertinent to quality controls, duly updated, demonstrating compliance with standards, requirements and procedures applicable to product quality.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or related areas;
Desirable training:
Internal Auditor Training – ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015.
Essential Training:
Reading and Interpreting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015.
Metrology.
