    Responsibilities and Duties
    Implementation and performance in the areas of Organizational Human Development and Training. Management of organizational culture and climate (application of research, work with leadership, conflict mediation, team engagement). Employer Branding stimulating engagement and pride of belonging. Responsible for onboarding and creation of the T&D area (assessment of training needs in the areas, preparation of manuals, motivational and behavioral training, identification of opportunities and partnerships for external training). Training and development of work teams together with managers. Monitoring the performance evaluation process, PDI, identifying possibilities for improvements together with managers. Monitoring the recruitment and selection process together with managers (participation in the group dynamics process, completion of the selection process together with managers).
    Desired Experience and Skills
    Degree in Psychology or related areas Solid experience in the area of Training and People Management Knowledge in the area of DHO.
