Descrição: Operador de Máquina SMD Atividades: – Realiza operação de máquina SMD. – Alimentação de feeder de máquina SMD; – Limpeza de nozzles de máquina SMD; – Preenchimento de relatório de produção; – Alimentação de componentes de máquina SMD; – Alimentação de pasta de solda em máquina printer; – Revisão visual de placa pré-forno; – Conferência de lista de alimentação; – Medição de componentes SMD; – Fazer checklist do processo; – Limpeza do equipamento interno e externo; – Ligar e desligar no início e final de turno; – Controlar o índice de rejeitos; – Limpeza do estêncil; – Ajuste e limpeza de feeder. Curso Desejáveis: Matemática Básica, Leitura de Componentes Eletrônicos.
