Analista de Suporte Técnico
Perfil do candidato:
Ensino Superior em Informática, Gestão de Pessoas, Ciências Contábeis e áreas afins;
Schedule Availability.
Diferencial do Candidato:
Conhecimento em LGPD;
Conhecimento em Banco de Dados;
Conhecimento em Rotina de Departamento Pessoal e/ou Cálculos Trabalhistas;
Conhecimento em Rotina de Controle de Ponto;
Relação Interpessoal.
Principais atividades a serem desempenhadas:
Atender clientes internos e externos, esclarecendo dúvidas, solucionando problemas e sugerindo alternativas via telefone e chamados;
Testar e simular situações nos softwares, relatadas pelo cliente (deixar claro para o cliente e/ou equipe interna a forma como foi simulada a situação);
Participar do processo de certificação dos sistemas aos quais estiverem aptos, atendendo a exigência do Produtor;
Analisar o ambiente do cliente e propor alternativas.
