Requirements:
Experiência anterior em gestão de rotinas administrativas e operacionais relacionadas ao varejo alimentício;
Domínio em Gestão de processos de orçamento, controle de custos, indicadores econômico – financeiros, previsões e demonstração de resultados;
Conhecimento em gestão de estoque, planejamento e compra de novos produtos, acompanhamento de estratégias operacionais e comerciais junto a diretoria;
Formação Superior em Administração de empresas ou áreas afins;
Diferencial: Conhecimento no sistema Whintor.
Main activities:
Planejar e supervisionar atividades administrativas e operacionais das unidades, visando assegurar o cumprimento das metas de vendas estabelecidas, as margens de lucro definidas e o giro ideal de cada produto.
