INSTRUMENTATION PLANNING TECHNICIAN
Knowledge and Skills in:
Create order from note.
Plan maintenance activity orders (services, repairs and plans) in SAP/APLAT from their creation to technical closure;
Plan and predict the additional resources (crane, MUNK truck, weeding team, procedures, etc.) required to perform the services using the existing means to request these resources, reporting all the information in the maintenance order itself in SAP R/3;
Issue RT in SAP R/3;
Request OS when necessary;
Plan and predict the equipment and tools needed to perform services in the maintenance order;
Program material reservations in SAP R/3;
Analyze impediments that may impact the execution of services;
Attach all documentation related to the maintenance planning process in the planned order;
Make the necessary corrections to planned and ongoing orders;
Create, plan, program, monitor execution and pay for services in PI-APLAT;
Create standardized task lists for use in maintenance orders for the most frequent services;
Close orders with CONF status in SAP R/3 assigning ENTE status and close failure NOTES with their due analysis.
Seek to standardize service descriptions with a view to creating a maintenance history;
Adjust and improve maintenance order planning based on SAP R/3 history;
Promote the optimization of resources by tasks;
Communicate to the resource planner about the adequacy of spare parts stocks in relation to demand (adjust MRP);
Perform other related services of the same level of difficulty in the role of planner.
Experience in the Petrobrás segment is required.
Availability to work in URUCU.
Education: Complete Technical Education
Mandatory requirements: Registration with the CFT.
