Experiência em liderar equipe de oficina.
Atividades: coordenar e orientar o corpo técnico, auditar e orientar quanto ao padrão de trabalho, certificar da qualidade e eficácia do reparo ou manutenção.
Programar o andamento do trabalho e controlar o progresso da agenda diária, fomentar a função multiplicador para informação e treinamentos, etc.
