RESTAURANT MANAGER
We, at Grupo Banzeiro, are looking for candidates to fill the position of Restaurant Manager (Service) at the Manaus unit. Responsibilities: ? Plan, Coordinate and Supervise the daily restaurant management operations (organization, cleaning, opening, closing, service); ? Plan, Coordinate and Supervise management reports and indicators (goals, inventories, people); ? Supervise support services; ? Hold periodic meetings with the team; ? Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity; ? Participate in team selection, promotion and dismissal processes; ? Stay aligned with the service standards established by the company. Requirements: ? Complete Higher Education in Administration or related areas; ? Experience in the role and experience in restaurant processes.
