DATA ANALYST:
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Bachelor’s degree or studying in areas related to Information Technology desirable; ? Have at least 3 years of experience in project management; Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones and budgets; Solid knowledge of Development Methodologies; ? Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and/or traditional development models; Concrete skills in Data Analysis and Problem Solving; Negotiation skills; Familiarity with Project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps; It will be an advantage to have ease with Team Management and Flexibility to deal with changes.

PRODUCT MANAGER: WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Bachelor's degree or studying areas related to Information Technology desirable; ? Have at least 2-3 years of experience in managing and building products or in related positions; Solid understanding of requirements analysis practices and product development processes; Coordinate the complete product life cycle, from concept to launch; ? Knowledge of Development Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and/or traditional development models); Experience creating and maintaining requirements documentation; Negotiation Skills; Familiarity with requirements management tools, such as Azure DevOps and Jira; Domain Knowledge, Team Management and Adaptability.
