Realizar check list. Auxiliar no planejamento das refeições. Checar cardápios. Auxiliar no acompanhamento do pré-preparo. Acompanhar a produção (desjejum, almoço, lanche e ceia). Coletar amostra das refeições. Liberar as refeições transportadas. Acompanhar a distribuição. Checar o cumprimento das atividades realizadas, de acordo com o fluxo elaborado. Auxiliar na inspeção do recebimento de mercadorias. Lançar as entradas das notas fiscais. Acompanhar o mapa de controle do açougue.
