Descrição: TÉCNICO DE ENFERMAGEM Unidades de Internação: ? Formação: Técnico de Enfermagem, com COREN ativo; ? Imprescindível: Experiência mínima de 6 meses em unidades de internação; ? Conhecimento no Pacote Office; ? Desejável: Conhecimento em técnicas básicas de assistência em enfermagem (circular sala, dinâmica de SRPA, tempos cirúrgicos); PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Administrar medicações de acordo com a prescrição médica; Realizar atividades como aferir sinais vitais, puncionar o paciente; Realizar cuidados como: banho no leito, mudança de decúbito (paciente acamado); Implantar as barreiras de segurança do paciente conforme riscos identificados pelo enfermeiro e orientar o familiar e paciente; Realizar outras atividades correlatas e/ou inerentes à sua função.
