Complete secondary education.
Customer service course;
Sales techniques;
Experience with in-person and online sales;
Experience in customer service;
Mastery of digital platforms;
Experience in managing client portfolios, maintaining and prospecting clients;
Knowledge of utility departments / or bed, table and bath;
Knowledge of mattress departments;
*MAIN ACTIVITIES:*
Provide customer service and assess customer needs;
Execute sales of products and services;
Product pricing;
Prospect clients;
Carry out post-sales follow-up.
