Description: Profile: -Complete Higher Education in Administration Production Engineering and/or related areas -Minimum of 01 year experience in the Bakery area and team management; -Mandatory knowledge in: Computer Science, Office Package and Human Resources/Labor Legislation; -Behavioral skills: proactivity, people management, leadership, focus on results; -Availability of schedule, organization, punctuality and attendance; Routine - Manage employee work schedules and vacations; - Manage purchase orders and inventory; - Check/verify the quality of products displayed in the store; - Check production; - Make contact with suppliers in general; - Responsible for opening or closing the establishment; - Carry out the conference and closing of cash registers; - Act in the bakery's routines and demands.
