Main activities:
Plan the production schedule, ensuring sufficient time to receive inputs and estimating the ideal deadline that does not compromise manufacturing quality.
Monitor the production process, ensuring that deadlines are being met and that the quality is satisfactory.
Control the stock of raw materials, preventing production from being interrupted due to a lack of inputs.
Provide support in generating purchase orders, keeping the system up to date in order to avoid problems with supplier billing.
Issue manufacturing orders using specific forms for each product.
Ensure that product stock is maintained at an adequate level, avoiding delays for the end customer.
Prepare reports and graphs for coordination, in order to identify areas for improvement and monitor whether pre-established goals are being achieved.
Requirements:
Completed higher education in Production Engineering, Administration or Logistics.
Good knowledge of ERP and SAP.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Previous experience with production planning and control.
Skills:
Excellent ability to map processes and manage demands.
Ease of negotiating deadlines with suppliers and internal teams.
Critical look to analyze production quality, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
