3 years of experience in production coordination, or 5 years of experience as a production leader
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform critical analysis of the production schedule aiming at a better sequence per machine to improve productivity and reduce waste;
Act on any technical and administrative problems in the area;
Improve machine productivity performance;
Monitor production indicators, defining and implementing action plans for unachieved goals;
Reduce manufacturing costs through new process mechanisms and work systems;
Prepare maintenance plans (corrective and preventive) and monitor their implementation;
