Position: General Services
Minimum prerequisites:
Education: Primary or secondary education (current or completed).
Other courses/knowledge: with basic knowledge in the area.
Experience: Proven experience in the portfolio.
Position responsibilities: General Services
Perform routine cleaning work in general at the company's facilities, dusting, sweeping, washing or waxing rooms, furniture, utensils and installations, crockery, cutlery, glasses, containers, pans and others to maintain hygiene and conservation conditions;
Tidy up bathrooms and toilets, cleaning them and replenishing them with sanitary paper, towels and soap, to keep them in usable condition;
Make small purchases, pay bills, cash checks, when necessary;
Assist in the classification, separation and distribution of files;
Control deliveries and receipts, signing or requesting protocols to prove the execution of services;
Write down and transmit messages;
Serve and direct the public to the various sectors, accompanying them or providing them with necessary information;
Assist in receiving and distributing materials and supplies in general;
Assist in transporting objects;
Serve the public and provide information;
Answer the phone and make calls to company premises;
Ensure the conservation of furniture, equipment and utensils;
Prepare and serve drinks such as: water, tea and coffee;
Perform other related or complementary activities determined by the immediate supervisor.
