Requirements
Control the financial, foreign exchange, credit and banking team and services, make and check payments, supervise the client portfolio together with the team. Survey debtors and plan collection actions, carry out extrajudicial collection (sending correspondence and by phone).
Produce various reports and establish approval criteria for credit increases in accordance with company policies, ensuring credit operational processes.
Ensure compliance with established goals, manage credit risk, mobilize and train your team to provide the best customer service, supervise sales, diagnose and propose alternatives that improve results, monitor the competition, suggest sales actions and improvements to credit.
