Required Knowledge: – Proven experience in CTPS in the area with payroll, calculation of terminations, overtime, vacations, calculations of FGTS, INSS, Domain of E-Social, DCTF-WEB and other taxes; – Control of Transportation Voucher, Food, Absences, ASO; – Control and Domain of the Electronic Point; – Recruitment and Selection Routines, Admission, Dismissal, Performance Evaluation, Positions and Salaries, updated Labor and Social Security Legislation; – Labor Representative, Control of Labor Processes, Approval and other routines of the Human Resources Department; – Desirable experience in the position of Outsourced Service Provision Companies; – Availability of hours.
