City Hall opens registration for 140 vacancies in entrepreneurial training<\/p>\n
The City of Manaus, through the Municipal Secretariat of Labor, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Semtepi) and the Municipal Fund for the Promotion of Micro and Small Businesses (Fumipeq), opens this Tuesday, 4\/16, free registrations for 140 places in entrepreneurial training through the Inova Manaus project.<\/p>\n
The project focuses on offering micro and small entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs new training alternatives that allow them to manage their businesses in a conscious and profitable way.<\/p>\n
Entrepreneurial Training<\/p>\n
In partnership with the Promotion of Excellence in Brazilian Software (Softex), Inova will initially train forty entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs through two goals.<\/p>\n
The first of these will carry out a training cycle divided into three courses: Recruitment and Selection Process; Sales Techniques and Leadership Development through the Team Building methodology \u201cTeam Building\u201d.<\/p>\n
Empretec<\/p>\n
In addition to the vacancies in the entrepreneurial training cycle, Semtepi also offers, in partnership with the Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Businesses (Sebrae-AM), one hundred free vacancies for Empretec.<\/p>\n
Empretec is a United Nations (UN) methodology that seeks to develop entrepreneurial behavior characteristics and identify new business opportunities. Currently promoted in around 40 countries, the training provides the maturation of entrepreneurial characteristics, increasing competitiveness and the chances of remaining in the market.<\/p>\n
Registrations<\/p>\n
Those interested in any of the training courses must register on the hotsite (WAIT), from 6:00 p.m. today, 4\/16, until 11:59 p.m. this Sunday, 4\/21. In addition, candidates must pay attention to the dates for the call and submission of documentation, as provided in the notice available on the Semtepi website.<\/p>\n
For Semtepi Secretary Marco Pessoa, the project is yet another opportunity to establish an entrepreneurial culture in Manaus. \u201cMore and more people are seeing entrepreneurship as a solution to their problems. It is essential that everyone has access to entrepreneurial training and the opportunity to put it into practice in their business,\u201d said Marco.<\/p>\n
