Position: General Services<\/p>\n
Minimum prerequisites:
\nEducation: Primary or secondary education (current or completed).<\/p>\n
Other courses\/knowledge: with basic knowledge in the area.<\/p>\n
Experience: Proven experience in the portfolio.<\/p>\n
Position responsibilities: General Services
\nPerform routine cleaning work in general at the company's facilities, dusting, sweeping, washing or waxing rooms, furniture, utensils and installations, crockery, cutlery, glasses, containers, pans and others to maintain hygiene and conservation conditions;
\nTidy up bathrooms and toilets, cleaning them and replenishing them with sanitary paper, towels and soap, to keep them in usable condition;
\nMake small purchases, pay bills, cash checks, when necessary;
\nAssist in the classification, separation and distribution of files;
\nControl deliveries and receipts, signing or requesting protocols to prove the execution of services;
\nWrite down and transmit messages;
\nServe and direct the public to the various sectors, accompanying them or providing them with necessary information;
\nAssist in receiving and distributing materials and supplies in general;
\nAssist in transporting objects;
\nServe the public and provide information;
\nAnswer the phone and make calls to company premises;
\nEnsure the conservation of furniture, equipment and utensils;
\nPrepare and serve drinks such as: water, tea and coffee;
\nPerform other related or complementary activities determined by the immediate supervisor.
