A\u00a0 Naval Project Management Company (Emgepron)\u00a0<\/strong>confirmed the opening of a new public tender notice. The organizing committee for the competition was defined, according to a document published in the Official Gazette of the Union, March 8 edition.<\/p>\n

According to the text, the Selecon Institute<\/a> will organize the next competition. The choice was made by waiving bidding.<\/p>\n

\u201cContracting a company to provide specialized services for planning, organizing and conducting Public Examinations for Tests and Qualifications to select candidates to fill vacancies,\u201d said the bidding waiver document.<\/p>\n

According to the ordinance, the Emgepron 2021 competition will have vacancies for auxiliary, intermediate and higher levels. The positions are yet to be defined.<\/p>\n

The last announcement for the Emgepron competition was in 2014<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The last Emgepron competition notice was published in 2014. At the time, the document included 31 immediate vacancies, in addition to a reserve list. The vacancies were filled in several states.<\/p>\n

The Emgepron competition opportunities were for elementary, middle and higher level positions. In addition, there were vacancies reserved for people with disabilities.<\/p>\n

The notice included vacancies for the positions of administrative assistant, office assistant, general services assistant, lawyer, accountant, architect, physical education teacher, maneuver agent, driver, telephone operator, waiter, cook and IT professionals (in various positions), among other positions.<\/p>\n

According to the competition opening document, the working hours were 44 hours per week, with the exception of the positions of telephone operator and Physical Education teacher.<\/p>\n

Starting salaries at the time ranged from R$1,408,898 to R$1,407,388. In addition, employees were provided with food (contributory); group life insurance (contributory); the company's own medical and social assistance plan (Pamse), optional and contributory, for the employee and their dependents; and agreements for discounts at higher education, school and preschool institutions for the employee and their dependents.<\/p>\n

The competition included objective tests. However, there were other stages, such as an assessment of qualifications for higher education, a practical test for elementary and secondary education, a physical assessment for some positions, and a medical assessment for admission, as well as checking requirements and verifying documents.<\/p>\n
