Cuidar dos cliente \u00e9 o objetivo primordial da Fama. E por isso, estamos em busca de pessoas com brilho nos olhos e muito bom humor para o nosso Setor de Atendimento.<\/p>\n

Realizando atendimento presencial com efici\u00eancia, prezando pela qualidade e excel\u00eancia no atendimento junto aos clientes, recepcionando diversos tipos de solicita\u00e7\u00f5es, buscando sempre orientar e esclarecer d\u00favidas, fornecendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es fidedignas com responsabilidade e respeito.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS<\/strong>
\nRealizar atendimento presencial, registrando todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s do Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento ao Cliente e fornecer n\u00famero de protocolo;
\nOrientar e esclarecer d\u00favidas referente ao manuseio do portal do benefici\u00e1rio e aplicativo, informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre guia m\u00e9dico e autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos.
\nAgendar consultas, exames simples e complexos junto a rede credenciada, garantindo o atendimento conforme Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa N\u00b0 259\/2011 da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Sa\u00fade Suplementar;
\nRecepcionar solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de benefici\u00e1rios e direcionar ao setor competente;
\nPrestar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre car\u00eancia e plano de continuidade, inclus\u00e3o de dependentes e cancelamento de plano.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de atendimento ao cliente em hospitais, cl\u00ednicas m\u00e9dicas ou laborat\u00f3rios;
\nCurso superior em andamento ou completo;
\nCurso de atendimento ao p\u00fablico;
\nBoa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o verbal e escrita;
\nFlexibility;
\nTrabalho em equipe;
\nAgility;
\nCommitment;
\n\u00c9tica profissional;
\nCustomer focus;<\/p>\n
