FINANCIAL ASSISTANT
\nRequirements:
\n\u2013 Degree in Administration, Accounting or related fields;
\n\u2013 Knowledge of commercial\/sales routines;
\n\u2013 Experience in financial routines;
\n\u2013 Experience in credit and debit card reconciliation;
\n\u2013 Experience in the wholesale and retail segment will be considered a differential. <\/p>\n
Main activities:
\n\u2013 Work in the back office of stores and e-commerce;
\n\u2013 Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions;
\n\u2013 Dealing with pending sales, refunds, sales cancellations, disputes and chargeback analysis;
\n\u2013 Process invoices and follow up with customers, suppliers and partners when necessary.<\/p>\n
