Administrative Assistant<\/strong>
\nResponsible for monitoring and providing support in business meetings, preparing accreditation and adjustment proposals to meet the demands of the sector; Serving customers, conducting visits, preparing reports and monitoring contracts and negotiations; Monitoring the return of contracts and amendments to the Hospital, ensuring confirmation of the validity of each document to avoid delays; \u2022 Accompanying superiors on visits to companies\/operators, aiming to take note of updates; \u2022 Receiving representatives of companies\/operators at the Hospital, in order to present the main areas and services; \u2022 Monitoring deadlines for contractual adjustments annually, in order to update the sectors involved.

\nCentral Analyst Surgical Authorization and Scheduling
\nStudying higher education
\nAdvanced Excel
\nResponsible for requesting authorization from health insurance companies and checking hospital bills for hospital patients
\nTake care of the process of extending the stay, receiving hospitalization guides, assessing the need for a medical report for the client's stay
\nPerform partial closure every 10 days or in case of patient discharge and forward the hospitalization guide to billing
\nReceive requests for patient discharge procedures and medications and forward billing admission forms
