Requirements:
• Must conduct and monitor all stages of the processes (production and dissemination of vacancies, interviews, dynamics, screening of resumes, application of technical, psychological and operational assessments/tests and feedback), at all levels and profiles. Guide assistants in relation to processes and schedules. Provide support to management, coordination and team in recruitment and selection projects, use of area systems, solutions in the admission process and integration of new employees.
• Experience in People Management
• Solid experience in recruitment and selection (hunting, profile mapping, internship and trainee programs).
• Consolidated performance with Talent Acquisition strategies and processes on digital platforms.

Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
